About Fort Worth Garage Epoxy Floors
Locally owned epoxy floor coating crew serving Tarrant County, DFW Metroplex, and surrounding communities.

Fort Worth Garage Epoxy Floors started with one simple observation: most garage floor failures in North Texas come down to one skipped step — mechanical surface preparation. Homeowners were spending money on big-box kits or low-bid contractors who acid-washed and rolled on a thin paint-on epoxy that looked fine for six months and then peeled off in sheets. The slab wasn't the problem. The prep was.
We built this company around doing that step right, every time. Before any coating goes on, we diamond-grind the surface with a commercial grinder, open the concrete profile to the correct CSP (Concrete Surface Profile) for the coating system, and test for moisture vapor emission. It takes more time. It costs more to do. But it's the only way to guarantee a floor that's still adhered in ten years.
Locally Owned, Fort Worth Based
We're based in Fort Worth, we work in Tarrant County every day, and we understand what the local environment does to concrete. The black-gumbo clay under Fort Worth slabs moves. The summer heat is extreme. The seasonal rain-to-drought swings are sharp. We've designed our coating systems specifically for these conditions — not for the Midwest or the Pacific Northwest, but for North Texas.
Being locally owned means our name is on every job we touch. We don't subcontract crews. We don't have franchise fees to cover that inflate your quote. And when something needs attention after the job, you call us directly — not a call center.
Service Area
We serve all of Fort Worth and the surrounding Tarrant County cities: Arlington, Keller, Southlake, Hurst, Euless, Grapevine, Mansfield, North Richland Hills, and neighboring communities. We also take selected jobs in Johnson, Parker, and Denton counties. Call (817) 646-8612 with your zip code to confirm coverage.
What Makes Us Different
- Commercial diamond grinder on every job. We use a Husqvarna 10-inch planetary grinder — the same equipment used on commercial warehouse floors — not a rented drum sander or an acid wash. This opens the concrete profile correctly and removes all previous coatings, oil contamination, and weak surface material.
- Moisture vapor testing before every coat. We test every slab with a calcium chloride MVER test or a RH probe (ASTM F2170) before applying primer. Fort Worth's clay-subgrade slabs frequently show elevated MVER. If we detect a moisture issue, we use a penetrating vapor-block primer — a step most competitors skip.
- Aliphatic/polyaspartic topcoats only. We don't use aromatic urethane topcoats on exterior-exposed or high-sun-load slabs. Aromatic systems yellow and soften in North Texas heat. Our standard finish coat is an aliphatic polyaspartic — UV-stable, heat-stable to 200°F, and cured hard within 24 hours.
- 10-year written warranty. Our warranty covers delamination, bubbling, and peeling under normal use. It transfers to new owners if you sell the home. The exclusions are clearly listed in the contract — no fine-print gotchas.
- Line-item written estimates. Every quote breaks out surface prep, primer, base coat, topcoat, and any crack repair as separate line items. You know exactly what you're paying for and why.

What We Specialize In
We focus exclusively on concrete floor coating. We don't do drywall, roofing, or general remodeling. Specialization means our crew is doing the same task every day — grinding, patching, coating — and getting better at it with every job. When you hire a specialist, you get a team that has seen every slab condition Fort Worth can throw at them: active seasonal cracks, high-MVER clay-subgrade concrete, oil-contaminated shop floors, and efflorescence from leaking basement walls.
What We Don't Do
We don't cut corners on surface prep to save time. We don't use roller-applied "garage floor paint" and call it epoxy. We don't provide phone quotes without an on-site inspection — every slab is different, and any contractor who quotes a garage floor over the phone without visiting has not accounted for the variables that determine how long a coating system will last. If you want a fast phone number and a no-visit quote, we're not the right fit. If you want a system that's still there in a decade, call us.
How We Got Here
Fort Worth's construction boom over the last decade brought a lot of new garages — and a lot of slabs that were poured fast and finished rough. We've coated brand-new slabs in new-build neighborhoods in Keller, Southlake, and North Richland Hills that had never been coated before. We've also stripped and recoated failed systems in established neighborhoods in the Cultural District and Westover Hills. Whether it's a raw slab or a redo, the process is the same: grind it flat, fill the voids, test for moisture, apply the right system. That's what we do.
Schedule Your Free Inspection
